The Greater Memphis Chamber is seeking a Business Development Consultant (BDC) who is responsible for promoting the Greater Memphis Chamber, cultivating and obtaining new members, selling upgrades to existing members, and increasing sales revenue on a monthly basis.  BDCs will work with the Retention Team to prevent client attrition.

The Greater Memphis Chamber is seeking a part time Analyst who reports directly to the Manager, Business Development. Ideal candidates will have an affinity for numbers, reporting and data analysis, and will ideally have some prior experience operating within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform.
 
The ideal candidate has proven, in a prior role, his/her ability to autonomously ramp up on new software without formal training. Skills necessary include: intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, inherent discipline and desire to stick to a schedule, strong project management and organization skills, and an extraordinarly high attention to detail.

The Greater Memphis Chamber is looking for a highly motivated Member Engagement Specialist who will report to the Manager, Business Development.  Ideal candidates will know the value of maintaining relationships and possess the ability to develop member loyalty by consistently engaging in meaningful, ongoing communication.
 
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator (both verbally and in writing), naturally emotes warmth in his/her conversations, builds quick rapport, earns trust with people easily, is persuasive, can build relationships both by phone and in person, and has a heart for service. Skills necessary include: intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, error-free writing, inherent discipline and desire to stick to a schedule, strong project management and organization skills, and an extraordinary high attention to detail.

The Greater Memphis Chamber is seeking a Research Analyst to gather, analyze, summarize and communicate business, demographic and economic information maintained by the Research Department for economic development purposes.  The Research Analyst is responsible for assisting the Research Director with the maintenance of the Chamber’s data warehouse and ongoing updates of Chamber publications and webpages.
